The people`s attitudes and their believes to the Universe and the Nature that has been formed by their acceptable philosophical assumptions, has an effective role in their motivation of observed phenomena, the formation of the problem in mind, consider the issues, selection criteria to evaluation, interpretation, developed of theories and finally in the application of them. Therefore, reception the certain assumptions by reliable sources is the most important stage in the study of natural phenomena. Failure humans and Western views to produce such foundations and assumptions, has caused some philosophers have paid attention to the bases and leanings of Divine revelations, especially Quran. Accordingly, the present study with a descriptive - analytical method and exploring the verses of Quran, is trying to determine and explain the foundations the assumptions in study of Nature from the view of Quran. The results of this study clear that nature is an organization with the aims and appearing the attributes and names of God. Nature is going through certain path under the divine education. The God has been put up as a substance in creation of humans and all natural phenomena has captured in direction the elevation and development of humans.
