Abstract
In the development and transcendence of all branches of Islamic science, besides verses and traditions, rational and logical rules have also played a role. The attention to the regular process of rational premises is the precondition for using any rational and narrational reasoning. In the path of inference of religious issue, the formation of evidence and presumptions and the practical rules and principles must follow a specific and rational order. Because to obtain a judgment of a subject, we encounter with various proofs, principles and rules. One of the most important aspects of inference and deduction is correct and reasonable recognition of position and priority and posteriority of each of the evidence. In this paper, through a library study and analysis of related contents, by explaining the steps of inference and the timing of the usage of each of the proofs and principles and by explaining why a reason is prior or posterior from another, we try to provide an order, in a logical and rational way, that indicates the exact and coherent arrangement of evidence and principles, and in order to achieve the rules and laws it is necessary to find complete knowledge about it.
